A key tool in the fight against cancer is tissue sampling, which enables pathologists to diagnose symptomatic patients and provide specific information regarding the stage and form of the tumor, as well as to identify potential treatment options. More and more of these tests are becoming available to clinicians, offering a wide array of techniques that provide results at ever quicker speeds with greater accuracy, but navigating the options on offer and keeping track of developments within this area can be challenging.
