Food service disruption

Food service is undergoing unprecedented change, driven by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic in the short term and by changes to consumers consumption habits – including meals on-the-go, the desire for experience, and the impact of digitisation and automation – in the longer term.

We are delivering R&D insights and new product development that reduces the disruption of food services, from personalisation to product innovations, dispensers to vending systems, data analytics to user experience. We are supporting new consumer experiences at point-of-sale with autonomous next-generation vending machines, while keeping a focus on sustainable and functional packaging that is shifting the conversation around waste and re-use across the circular economy and we’re seeing a steady increase in the number of food and beverage brands approaching us to discuss novel delivery technologies.
