We take a unique approach – using the science of human experience, combined with our breadth of design and engineering skills – to help our clients identify their customers' unrealised needs, define the intelligence required to solve them, and the R&D strategy to realise the solution. We can track our sleep, for example, but will it help us sleep better? We can be alerted to the fact we’re dehydrated, but this doesn’t tell us what we should drink to replenish the body. We may also ask whether the information we get from tracking, monitoring, and measuring tells us not only what to change, but to change it.

Underpinning this we have a deep understanding of the technological building blocks that enable robust, scalable digital ecosystems – for example, our own Nuvola IoT platform, which supports millions of consumers worldwide and can enable rapid pilot deployment of new connected services.
